Torchbearers of America’s Future

As our nation prepares to mark its 250th anniversary, it is essential to recognize not only those who serve in uniform, but also the families and children whose sacrifices sustain our armed forces. For too long, the voices of military children and caregivers have remained underrepresented in national commemorations. The Military Child World Expo 2026 is designed to change that.

MCWE 2026 Event Series:

• April 18, 2026 – Caregivers Breakfast (Army Navy Country Club, Arlington, VA): Honoring the hidden heroes of America’s defense, with a special focus on teen caregivers.

• April 25, 2026 – World Expo (Hyatt Regency Crystal City, Arlington, VA): A national convening of military families, veterans, caregivers, educators, and civic leaders, showcasing programs and partnerships that strengthen America’s defense community.
